From the center of Cotton Ground, head south towards the beach and take a left onto the main road. Continue walking along this road until you reach the junction at the end of Cotton Ground. At the junction, turn right onto the road leading towards Mannings. Follow this road for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will pass local shops and houses along the way. Keep an eye out for the signs directing you towards New River Estate. As you approach the area, look for 4FX2+J4H on your left, where New River Estate is located. It's a short walk from the main road.

If you have access to a bicycle, you can take a scenic route. Start from Cotton Ground and pedal south towards the beach, then turn left to head onto the main road.
