Start at the center of Cotton Ground, near the beach area. Head east along the main road, following the signs towards Frigate Bay. Continue walking for about 20-30 minutes until you reach the intersection with the Frigate Bay Road. Turn left at the intersection and continue walking uphill. After a few minutes, look for a small trail on your right that leads up to Timothy Hill Overlook. Follow this trail until you reach the overlook, where you can enjoy stunning views of the Caribbean Sea.
