Starting from the center of Middle Island, head east towards the main road. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with the main highway. At the intersection, turn left and walk along the sidewalk for approximately 200 meters. You will pass a few local shops on your right. Keep an eye out for the signs pointing to Brumaire. After walking for about 10 minutes, you will see a small path on your right that leads into a park area. Follow this path, and it will take you directly to The War Memorial, which is located at 77R9+W3P, Brumaire.

If you are near the beach area of Middle Island, start walking west along the beach promenade. Continue walking until you reach the main road. Once you are at the main road, turn left and walk towards the Brumaire area. After about 15-20 minutes of walking, you will come to the main intersection. From there, follow the instructions from the first option to reach The War Memorial.
