Start at the center of Newcastle. Head south on Main Street towards the Cayon Road. Continue walking straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the Cayon Road heading toward Cayon. Keep walking for another 2 kilometers along the Cayon Road until you see a sign for Cabbage Tree Hill on your left. Follow the path leading up to Cabbage Tree Hill.
Public Transit
From Newcastle, walk to the nearest bus stop on Main Street. Take a bus heading towards Cayon. Inform the driver that you are going to Cabbage Tree Hill. The bus will take you along the Cayon Road, and you will need to get off at the designated stop for Cabbage Tree Hill. Once off the bus, follow the signs or ask locals for the short walking path that leads to Cabbage Tree Hill.
