Walking
From the center of Old Road Town, start by heading west on the main road. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction at the roundabout. Take the second exit to the right to head towards the South Friars Bay road. Follow this road, which will eventually lead you down a slight hill. Keep going straight until you see signs for South Friars Bay. The beach will be on your left side after approximately 1 kilometer. You will know you have arrived when you see the beautiful beach and the vibrant atmosphere.

Walking
If you're starting from the local market in Old Road Town, exit the market area and turn left onto the main street. Walk along this street heading toward the west. After about 1 kilometer, you will reach a T-junction. Turn right here and continue walking until you reach the next roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit to the right. This will lead you directly to the road towards South Friars Bay. Keep walking straight for about 800 meters, and you will arrive at the beach on your left.
