Car
From Pinney's Beach, head southeast on the main road, following signs toward Basseterre. Continue driving for approximately 10 minutes (about 6 kilometers). You will pass through the town of Sandy Point and then follow the road as it curves towards Basseterre. Once you reach Basseterre, look for signs for Frigate Bay, which will be located to your right. Turn right onto Frigate Bay Road and continue straight for about 5 minutes to reach the beach area.

From Pinney's Beach, you can take a local bus heading to Basseterre. Buses are usually near the main road and run regularly. The fare is approximately $2 USD per person. Inform the driver that you want to go to Frigate Bay. The bus will drop you off at a stop near Frigate Bay Road. From there, you can walk down Frigate Bay Road for about 5-10 minutes to reach the beach. Make sure to confirm the bus schedule for your return trip.
