Getting There

Walking
From the center of Sandy Point Town, head southeast on Main Street towards the waterfront. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the east coast. Turn left onto the main road (the Island Main Road). Walk along this road for about 20-25 minutes until you see signs for Frigate Bay. The beach will be on your right side, and you can follow the signs leading you to the Frigate Bay area.

If you're near the Sandy Point Fort, exit the fort premises and head directly south towards the coast. You will see the ocean in front of you. Turn left and follow the coastline along the path that leads to Frigate Bay. It should take about 15-20 minutes to walk this scenic route while enjoying the views of the water.

Public Transportation (Bus)
Find the nearest bus stop in Sandy Point Town. Look for a bus heading towards Basseterre, which will pass near Frigate Bay. Board the bus and request to be dropped off at Frigate Bay. The bus ride should take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you alight, follow the signs to the beach area, which is a short walk from where the bus stops.
