From the center of Sandy Point Town, head southeast on Main Street towards the waterfront. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the east coast. Turn left onto the main road (the Island Main Road). Walk along this road for about 20-25 minutes until you see signs for Frigate Bay. The beach will be on your right side, and you can follow the signs leading you to the Frigate Bay area.

Turn left and follow the coastline along the path that leads to Frigate Bay. It should take about 15-20 minutes to walk this scenic route while enjoying the views of the water.

Find the nearest bus stop in Sandy Point Town. Look for a bus heading towards Basseterre, which will pass near Frigate Bay. Board the bus and request to be dropped off at Frigate Bay.
