Walking
From the center of Sandy Point Town, start by heading south on Main Street. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the coast. Turn left onto the coastal road, which will take you towards Basseterre. After about 15 minutes of walking, you will see a sign for 'The Circus' on your right, which is a roundabout area in Basseterre. Continue straight into The Circus, and the Berkeley Memorial will be clearly visible in the center of the roundabout.

If you are near the Sandy Point Community Center, exit the center and turn right onto the main road. Walk straight for about 5 minutes until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit towards Basseterre. You'll walk for approximately 20 minutes along the road that leads into Basseterre. You will arrive at The Circus, where the Berkeley Memorial is located.
