Walking
Starting from the center of Sandy Point Town, head east on Main Street towards the Sandy Point Community Center. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the coast. Turn left onto the coast road, which is known as the Bay Road. Follow this road as it curves along the coastline, providing beautiful views of the sea. Keep walking until you reach the junction where you can see signs for Frigate Bay. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes on foot.

From the Sandy Point Fishing Village, walk towards the main road. Turn right onto the road leading towards Basseterre. As you walk, you will pass local shops and restaurants. After about 15 minutes, you will come to a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit, which will take you onto the road leading to Frigate Bay. Continue straight for another 15-20 minutes, and you will see signs guiding you towards Frigate Bay.

If you are near the Sandy Point Heritage Museum, walk south towards the beach. Once you reach the shoreline, turn right and follow the path along the beach. This scenic route will take you directly to Frigate Bay. The walk will take about 25-30 minutes, and you will enjoy stunning views of the water along the way.
