Getting There

• Walking

  From the center of Anse la Raye, head towards the main road (the one that runs along the coast). Once you reach the main road, turn left and continue walking along the coast. Enjoy the scenic views of the Caribbean Sea as you walk. After approximately 10 minutes, you will reach a junction. At this junction, look for signs pointing towards Castries. Follow the signs and continue walking straight. You will pass local shops and small eateries along the way. After about 20 minutes of walking, you should arrive at the bus stop where you can catch a local bus or minivan to Castries.

• Bus/Minivan

  Once you reach the bus stop, look for a minivan or bus heading to Castries. The fare is usually very affordable, and the ride will take approximately 30 minutes. When you arrive in Castries, get off at the main bus terminal. From the terminal, you can ask locals for directions to Bideau Park, which is nearby. The park is located at 2266+826, Castries, which is within walking distance from the bus terminal.

• Walking

  After getting off the bus at the main terminal in Castries, exit the terminal and head east on Jeremie Street. Continue walking straight for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Bridge Street. Turn right onto Bridge Street and walk for approximately 10 minutes. You will see Bideau Park on your left. Look for the entrance marked with a sign. Enjoy your visit!
