Walking
From the center of Anse la Raye, head east along the main road (the one that runs parallel to the waterfront). Keep walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction where the road splits. At this junction, take the left turn onto the road leading towards Soufriere. Continue walking straight for about 3 kilometers. You'll pass through local villages and enjoy scenic views along the way. Once you reach Soufriere, follow the signs for Bridge Street. The Hike Gros Piton starts near the Soufriere Post Office on Bridge Street.
Public Transportation
From Anse la Raye, walk to the main bus stop located near the central square. Look for a minibus heading towards Soufriere. These minibuses are frequent and will take you directly to the Soufriere area. The ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive in Soufriere, ask the driver to drop you off at the Soufriere Post Office. From there, walk to Bridge Street where the Hike Gros Piton begins, which is just a short walk away.
