Walking
From the center of Anse la Raye, head southeast towards the main road (Route 1). Continue walking along Route 1, following the signs towards Roseau. After about 30 minutes of walking, you will reach the intersection near the Roseau River. At this point, turn right and follow the riverbank. Continue walking for another 15 minutes until you see the sign for Roseau Beach on your left. Follow the path leading down to the beach.
Bus
From Anse la Raye, locate the bus station near the community center. Take any bus heading towards Castries and ask the driver to drop you off at Roseau. The journey should take about 20 minutes. Once you arrive in Roseau, head towards the beach by walking down the main road. Keep an eye out for the signs to Roseau Beach as you approach the waterfront.
