Car
If you are driving from the center of Canaries Quarter, head southeast on Main Street towards La Fargue. Continue straight for about 2.5 kilometers. You will pass local shops and the Canaries Beach on your left. Keep an eye out for the signposts leading to La Fargue. Once you reach the area, look for the coordinates QXPG+H2X, which will be on your right. There is limited parking available near the entrance.
Public Transportation
To reach River Doree via public transportation, catch a minibus from the Canaries Quarter bus stop heading towards La Fargue. The fare is typically around 2-3 Eastern Caribbean Dollars (ECD). The journey takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to QXPG+H2X, and from there, it is a short walk to the river. Be prepared for a brief walk of about 300 meters.
Walking
If you choose to walk from the center of Canaries Quarter, head southeast along the main road. It’s a pleasant walk of about 30-40 minutes where you can enjoy the local scenery and perhaps stop at a few shops. Follow the road signs towards La Fargue, and you will arrive at the coordinates QXPG+H2X, where River Doree is located.
