Getting There

• Public Bus

  From your accommodation in Canaries, walk to the nearest bus stop. Look for a bus heading towards Soufrière. Ensure to check the bus schedule, as they may not run frequently. Once you are on the bus, enjoy the scenic ride until you reach the Soufrière bus terminal. From the terminal, you can take a local taxi or ask for directions to Chateau Belaire, which is approximately a 10-minute drive away. The taxi drivers are usually familiar with tourist attractions in the area.

• Walking

  If you are staying nearby in the Canaries area, you can walk to Chateau Belaire. Head towards the main road (Vigie Highway) and follow the signs directing you to Soufrière. The Têt Paul Nature Trail is located just beyond the Chateau Belaire estate. It may take about 30-45 minutes depending on your pace. Make sure to carry water and wear comfortable shoes, as the terrain may be uneven.

• Taxi

  For a more direct route to Chateau Belaire, you can also opt for a taxi service. You can book a taxi from your accommodation or find one at designated taxi stands in Canaries.
