From Tet Paul Nature Trail, head south on the main road (Route 32) towards Soufrière. Continue driving for approximately 15 minutes, passing through the village of Soufrière. Once you reach the intersection with the Route 1, turn left onto Route 1. Follow the signs for Sugar Beach. Continue for about 5 minutes until you reach the entrance to Sugar Beach. Parking may be available nearby, but be prepared for potential fees.

From the Tet Paul Nature Trail, walk to the nearest bus stop on Route 32. Board a minibus heading towards Soufrière. The fare is usually around 2-3 EC dollars. Once you arrive in Soufrière, transfer to another minibus that is heading to Sugar Beach or you may need to walk approximately 15 minutes down the Route 1 to reach Sugar Beach directly. Be sure to confirm with the driver if they stop near the public beach.
