Walking
If you are in the center of Canaries, head south on the main road towards Soufriere. It's a scenic route, and you can enjoy the local scenery along the way. After about 1.5 miles (approximately 30 minutes on foot), you will reach the junction for the Sulphur Springs access road. Turn left onto Sulphur Springs Access Road, which is well-marked. Continue walking for another 0.5 miles (about 10 minutes), and you will arrive at the entrance to St Lucia Sulphur Springs.

From Canaries, walk to the nearest bus stop on the main road. Look for a bus heading towards Soufriere; these buses usually have 'Soufriere' displayed on the front. The journey takes about 15-20 minutes. Get off at the Soufriere stop, which is close to the town center. Once you arrive, you can ask locals for directions to Sulphur Springs Access Road, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. Head south from the bus stop, take a left onto Sulphur Springs Access Road, and follow it until you reach the entrance.
