Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from Castries Quarter, start by heading south on the John Compton Highway (Highway 1). Continue straight for about 6.5 kilometers. When you reach the roundabout, take the third exit onto the Castries-Choiseul Highway (also Highway 1). After approximately 1.5 kilometers, look for the signs leading to Marigot Bay. Turn left onto the road that leads down to the bay. There is limited parking available at Marigot Bay, and you may need to pay a small fee (around $5-10 USD) to park in designated areas.

• Public Transportation - Bus

  From Castries, head to the main bus terminal located near the Castries Harbor. Look for buses heading towards Soufrière; these buses will often pass near Marigot Bay. Board the bus and inform the driver that you want to get off at Marigot Bay. The bus fare is generally around $2-3 USD. Once you get off, you may need to walk a short distance down to the bay, following the signs.

• Taxi

  For a more direct route, you can also take a taxi from anywhere in Castries Quarter to Marigot Bay. Make sure to negotiate the fare before starting your journey; it typically ranges between $20-30 USD, depending on your starting location. The taxi will take you directly to the bay, where you can explore the area without any further navigation required.
