Walking
If you are in central Castries, start at the Castries Market. From the market, head southwest towards the waterfront along Jeremie Street. Continue to follow the waterfront until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the John Compton Highway (also known as the Castries-Gros Islet Highway). Walk along this road for about 20 minutes, enjoying the views of the bay and the local scenery. You will see signs for Choc Bay. Once you reach the turn-off for Choc Bay, follow the road down to the beach area.
Public Transportation (Bus)
From Castries Market, walk to the nearby bus terminal. Look for a bus heading to Gros Islet or Choc Bay; these are usually marked with signs. Board the bus and pay the fare (usually a small fee). The bus will take you along the John Compton Highway. Stay on the bus until you reach the Choc Bay stop. After disembarking, walk towards the beach area, which is just a short distance from the bus stop.
