    From the center of Castries, head towards the waterfront. Walk along the Boulevard de la République until you reach the ferry terminal. Here, you can catch a ferry to Sainte-Anne, Martinique. Once you arrive at the Sainte-Anne ferry terminal, exit the terminal and head south on Rue du Général de Gaulle. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Route de la Savane. Turn left onto Route de la Savane, and follow the signs leading to Savane des Pétrifications, which is approximately a 20-minute walk from the intersection.

    From Castries, walk to the main bus terminal located near the central market. Look for a bus heading to Sainte-Anne; these buses are usually marked with their destinations. Once aboard, enjoy the scenic ride to Sainte-Anne, which takes about 30-40 minutes. After arriving at the Sainte-Anne bus station, exit and head south on Rue du Général de Gaulle. Walk straight until you reach Route de la Savane and turn left. Follow the road for about 20 minutes until you arrive at Savane des Pétrifications.
