Walking
From Gros Islet, start at the main road and head south towards Rodney Bay. Walk along the main road until you reach the junction at Rodney Bay Village. Here, you can stop for refreshments if you'd like. Continue straight until you reach the traffic lights at the intersection with the Castries-Gros Islet Highway. Cross the road carefully and take the bus stop on the opposite side heading to Soufrière. Board a minibus that says 'Soufrière' on it, and inform the driver that you need to get off at Tet Paul Nature Trail. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you reach the Tet Paul Nature Trail stop, follow the signs to the entrance which is about a 5-minute walk away.

Public Transport
From Gros Islet, head to the nearest bus stop and board a minibus heading to Castries. After a short ride, get off at the junction for the Castries-Gros Islet Highway. Once you get off, look for a minibus that will take you to Soufrière. Inform the driver of your destination, Tet Paul Nature Trail. The ride will take about 30-40 minutes. After getting off at the Tet Paul Nature Trail stop, you will need to walk for about 5 minutes to reach the entrance.
