From Millet Bird Sanctuary, start by heading southeast on the main road. Follow the signs towards Theodorine. After approximately 20 minutes, you will reach a junction. Take a left turn towards Anse La Raye. Continue on this road for about 10 minutes until you see a small parking area on your right side near WXCG+FHW, Theodorine. Park your car here. The Anse La Raye Falls is a short 10-minute walk from the parking area. Follow the marked trail down to the falls, where you can enjoy the natural beauty.

If you're using public transportation, you can catch a bus from the nearest bus stop in Millet Bird Sanctuary heading towards Theodorine or Anse La Raye. Buses are frequent, but be sure to check the local schedule. The fare is generally low (around $2-$3 USD). Inform the driver that you want to get off at Theodorine. After disembarking, walk southeast towards the small parking area marked WXCG+FHW, which is about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. From there, follow the trail leading to Anse La Raye Falls, which is about a 10-minute walk.
