Getting There

Walking
Start at the Rodney Bay Marina, which is a central point in Rodney Bay. Exit the marina area and head towards the main road, known as the Castries-Gros Islet Highway (also referred to as the 'main road'). Walk northwest along the road until you reach the intersection with the Pigeon Island causeway. Continue along the causeway, enjoying the scenic views of the sea. After approximately 20 minutes of walking, you will arrive at the entrance to the Pigeon Island National Landmark, where the Saint Lucia National Trust is located. Once you enter the landmark, follow the signs to the visitor center.

Public Transport (Bus)
From Rodney Bay, locate the nearest bus stop along the Castries-Gros Islet Highway. Board a minibus heading towards Castries and inform the driver that you wish to go to Pigeon Island. The fare is usually minimal, and the ride takes about 10-15 minutes. After disembarking, cross back over the highway and walk towards the Pigeon Island causeway. Follow the causeway, which leads directly to the entrance of Pigeon Island National Landmark, where the Saint Lucia National Trust is situated.

Bicycle Rental
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Rodney Bay. Start your ride by heading towards the Castries-Gros Islet Highway. Once on the highway, cycle northwest until you reach the causeway leading to Pigeon Island. The ride is approximately 2 kilometers and should take around 10-15 minutes. Once you reach the causeway, continue riding until you arrive at the entrance of Pigeon Island National Landmark. Secure your bicycle before entering.
