Walking
From the center of Vieux Fort, head south towards the waterfront along Laborie Street. Continue walking past the Vieux Fort Market until you reach the junction with the main road. Turn left onto the main road and follow it for approximately 1 kilometer. Keep an eye out for local signs pointing towards Jalousie Plantation Beach. As you approach the beach area, you will see a sign indicating the entrance. Follow the path down towards the beach.

If you prefer biking, rent a bicycle from a local shop in Vieux Fort. Start from the town center and ride south on Laborie Street towards the waterfront. After passing the Vieux Fort Market, turn left onto the main road. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer, watching for signs for Jalousie Plantation Beach. Once you see the entrance sign, park your bike and walk down the path to reach the beach.
