From the center of Vieux Fort, head towards the main road, Monchy Street. Walk south until you reach the intersection with the Vieux Fort Highway (also known as the Sir Arthur Lewis Highway). Turn left onto the highway and continue walking for about 1.5 km. You will see signs for Sulphur Springs along the way. When you reach the turnoff for Sulphur Springs Access Road, turn right and follow the road until you arrive at Sulphur Springs.

From your location in Vieux Fort, find a local taxi stand or hail a taxi from the street. Inform the driver that you would like to go to Sulphur Springs. The taxi will take you directly there, and it should take approximately 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the price before starting your journey.

Locate the nearest bus stop in Vieux Fort. Take a bus heading towards Soufrière. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the stop for Sulphur Springs Access Road. The journey may take around 30 minutes. Once you get off, follow the signs that lead to Sulphur Springs, which is a short walk from the bus stop.
