Walking
Start at the center of Barrouallie, near the local market. Head east towards the coast along Main Street, where you will pass several shops and local eateries. Continue straight until you reach the junction with the road leading towards Pembroke. Turn right at this junction and continue on this road, enjoying the views of the coastline. After about 15-20 minutes of walking, you will reach the town of Pembroke. Look for signs directing you towards Table Rock, as it is a popular landmark in the area.

Upon entering Pembroke, you will see a small sign for Table Rock. Follow the path towards the sign; it will lead you on a slight uphill route. The walk may take around 10-15 minutes. Keep an eye out for local residents who may offer directions if you're unsure. As you approach Table Rock, you will start to see the beautiful rock formations and cascades.
