Walking
If you are in Port Elizabeth, head towards the waterfront. Walk along the main road that runs parallel to the beach, enjoying the views of the harbor. Continue walking past the various shops and restaurants until you reach the end of the waterfront area. Look for signs pointing to Belmont. Once you reach the junction, take a right turn uphill towards Belmont. Follow this road for about 10-15 minutes until you see The Fig Tree on your left, just before the entrance to Belmont Park.

If you are staying at a beach or another island, you can take a water taxi to Port Elizabeth. Once you arrive at the port, exit the dock area and follow the walking path along the waterfront until you reach the main road. From there, proceed as described above, walking towards Belmont. The Fig Tree is situated on your left, shortly after the intersection.
