From the Botanic Gardens St. Vincent, exit the gardens and head northeast on the Main Road. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with Windward Highway. Turn left onto Windward Highway (also known as the A2 highway). Follow the Windward Highway for approximately 5 kilometers. The entrance to King's Hill Forest Reserve will be on your right, just past the village of Mesopotamia. Look for signage indicating the reserve.

From the Botanic Gardens St. Vincent, walk to the nearest bus stop on the Main Road. You will need to take a minibus heading towards Kingstown. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the junction for Windward Highway. This ride typically costs around EC$2.50. Once you reach the junction, you'll need to walk approximately 5 kilometers along Windward Highway toward the reserve. Keep an eye out for signage indicating the entrance to King's Hill Forest Reserve on your right.
