Start from the center of Georgetown, at the main square. Head northeast on the main road (Bay Street) towards Calliaqua. Continue walking for about 3 kilometers. You will pass several local shops and small eateries. Once you reach Calliaqua, look for the bus terminal. From here, you will need to take a minibus heading towards Owia. The minibus fare is typically around 3-5 EC dollars. Inform the driver you are going to Owia Salt Pond. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. The minibus will drop you off near the entrance of the Owia Salt Pond area. From there, follow the path leading to the pond, which is a short walk away.

If you prefer not to walk, you can start your journey by heading to the main bus terminal in Georgetown. Look for buses heading to Owia, which are usually labeled on the front.
