Car
If you are driving, start from the center of La Soufrière village. Head southeast on the main road (also known as the Windward Highway) towards Georgetown. Continue for about 6 kilometers until you reach the junction at Georgetown. Turn right onto the road marked for La Soufrière Volcano. Follow this road for approximately 4 kilometers. You will find a parking area at the base of the volcano where you can leave your car. Make sure to check for any parking fees which may apply.

Public Transportation
Take a minibus from La Soufrière to Georgetown, which is a common route. Buses typically leave every 30 minutes from the main bus stop in the village. The fare is quite affordable, usually around EC$2.50 (Eastern Caribbean Dollars). Once you reach Georgetown, get off at the main stop and ask for the bus heading towards La Soufrière Volcano. It's important to confirm with the driver that they are going to the volcano site. The second leg of the journey should cost approximately EC$3.00. The bus will drop you off at the parking area at the base of the volcano.

Once at the parking area, prepare for a hike to the summit of La Soufrière Volcano. There are marked trails, but it is recommended to hire a local guide for safety and to enhance your experience. Guides typically charge around EC$50 for a group, but prices may vary. The hike can take about 2-3 hours depending on your pace.
