From Young Island, head southeast on the road towards Kingstown. Follow the signs for the Kingstown main road (A1). Continue driving for about 8 km (5 miles) until you reach the turnoff for Mesopotamia. Turn left onto the Mesopotamia Road (A7) and follow it for approximately 5 km (3 miles). Look for a sign for Montreal Gardens. The entrance is located at the coordinates 6R57+98P, Mesopotamia. Parking is available on-site.

If you prefer public transportation, take a minibus from Young Island to Kingstown. The fare is usually around 2-3 EC dollars. Once in Kingstown, transfer to a minibus heading towards Mesopotamia. The fare for this leg of the journey is about 2 EC dollars. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Montreal Gardens. The gardens are a short walk from the drop-off point.
