Head south along the Main Road for about 1 kilometer until you see the sign for Mu Pagoa Waterfall on your left. Follow the sign which will lead you to a dirt path. Continue down the path for another 500 meters, and you will arrive at the waterfall. The path is well-trodden, but be cautious of uneven terrain.

From the main village square of Puleia, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops. Head south on the Main Road, cycling for approximately 1 kilometer. Look for the sign indicating Mu Pagoa Waterfall on your left. Turn left onto the dirt path and cycle down it for about 500 meters.
