Once you arrive at the Urbino bus station, exit the station and turn left onto Via della Repubblica. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Viale L. Da Vinci. Turn right on Viale L. Da Vinci and continue walking until you see signs for the National Gallery of the Marche. The gallery is located at Piazza Rinascimento, 13, just a short 10-minute walk from the bus station.
