Walking
From the center of Domagnano, start at the main square (Piazza della Libertà). Head east on Via della Libertà until you reach the intersection with Via delle Scuole. Turn left onto Via delle Scuole and continue straight until you reach the end of the road. At the T-junction, turn right onto Via del Serravalle. Follow this road for about 1.5 kilometers until you see a sign for Città di San Marino. Continue uphill until the road becomes Via della Repubblica. Once you reach the top of the hill, you will enter the city of San Marino. Continue straight until you reach the Piazzale Domus Plebis, where the Basilica of Saint Marinus is located on your left.

From Domagnano, walk to the nearest bus stop located at the intersection of Via della Libertà and Via del Serravalle. Take Bus line 5 or 6 heading towards Città di San Marino. The journey takes approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Piazzale Domus Plebis' stop. The Basilica of Saint Marinus will be a short walk from the bus stop; simply follow the signs towards the Basilica, which is a prominent landmark in the area.
