Walking
From the center of Faetano, start at the main square. Head southeast on Via della Libertà towards the sign for San Marino. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the entrance to the city of San Marino. You will see a large archway. Walk through this archway into the city. Once inside, follow the road as it curves slightly to the left, taking you into the heart of San Marino. Continue straight until you reach a fork in the road. Take the right path, which will lead you onto Via del Serravalle. Follow this road for approximately 500 meters. You will then see signs for the Public Palace of the Republic of San Marino. Continue straight until you reach Contrada del Pianello. The Public Palace will be ahead on your right. It is a large building with a distinctive façade.

From Faetano, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Via della Libertà. Take the bus heading towards San Marino city center. The journey will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Get off at the stop called 'Piazza della Libertà', which is the main square in San Marino. Once you disembark, walk towards the large archway to enter the city. After passing through the archway, continue walking straight until you reach a fork in the road, then take the right path onto Via del Serravalle.
