From Montegiardino, start by heading south towards the main road (Strada Statale). Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at the entrance of the town. Here, take the exit towards San Marino. Walk along the road until you reach the bus stop. You will need to take a bus to Rimini. Board the bus heading towards Rimini and enjoy the scenic ride. Once you reach Rimini, disembark at the main bus terminal.

From the Rimini bus terminal, exit the station and walk straight down Via Giovanni XXIII. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Viale A. D'Aosta. Turn left and follow Viale A. D'Aosta until it merges into Corso d'Augusto. Stay on Corso d'Augusto as it leads you towards the center of Rimini. When you reach the Piazza Tre Martiri, the Tempietto of Sant'Antonio will be located at Piazza Tre Martiri, 48-49, directly in front of you.
