From the Serravalle Centro, head south on Via della Libertà towards Via R. Margherita. Continue straight for about 800 meters until you reach a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Via C. Colombo and walk for around 1 kilometer. You will pass by several shops and cafes. After 1 kilometer, turn left onto Via delle Tamerici, which will lead you to a bus stop. From here, take the bus towards Rimini. The bus number you need is #11. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes, and get off at the stop named 'Piazza Marvelli'. After disembarking, walk towards the historical center and take a right onto Via Corso d'Augusto. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach Piazza Luigi Ferrari, where you will find the Domus del Chirurgo.
