From here, take the first exit onto Viale Tempio Malatestiano. Continue walking straight for about 5 minutes until you reach Piazza Tre Martiri. The Tempietto of Sant'Antonio will be located at the address Piazza Tre Martiri, 48-49 on your left.

Follow signs for the main square.
