From the center of Neves, head east on the main road (Rua da Liberdade) towards the coast. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the fork in the road. Take the left fork (Rua do Mercado), which leads you towards the coastline. Follow this road for another 500 meters until you reach the beach area. Praia Lagarto is located just north of this area, identifiable by its sandy shore and scenic views.
