Start your journey in Neves town center. Head southeast on Rua 1 de Maio towards the main road. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with the main road (Rua de São Tomé). At this intersection, turn left and follow the road for about 500 meters until you reach the ferry terminal to Ilhéu das Rolas. Take note of the ferry schedules to ensure you catch one; typically, ferries run several times a day. Once you arrive at the Ilhéu das Rolas, follow the path that leads to the Equator Landmark, which is a short walk from the ferry dock. The landmark is marked and easy to find once you’re on the island.

Once you arrive in Porto Alegre, look for signs directing you to the ferry terminal. Purchase a ticket for the ferry to Ilhéu das Rolas.
