From Sundy Plantation, head northeast on the main road towards the village of Santo Antonio. Continue driving for about 15 minutes until you reach the fork in the road. Take the left fork towards the coast. Drive for another 10 minutes, and you will see signs directing you to Praia das Bananas. The beach is about 5 minutes down this road. There is no entrance fee to access the beach.

From Sundy Plantation, you can catch a shared taxi (known locally as 'aluguer') to Santo Antonio. This ride typically costs around 5,000 Dobra (STN) and takes approximately 15 minutes. Once in Santo Antonio, you can take another shared taxi towards the coast. Confirm with the driver that they are going to Praia das Bananas, and the fare should be around 3,000 Dobra (STN) for this leg of the journey. The total travel time should be about 30-40 minutes, depending on wait times for taxis.
