Getting There

• Public Bus

  From Al Baha city center, head to the main bus station located near the Al Baha Mall. Take a public bus heading towards the village of Al Malid (قرية الملد). The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Al Malid bus stop, you will need to walk approximately 1 kilometer towards the south along the main road (طريق الجنوب). Keep an eye out for local signs directing you to حصون الملد.

• Walking

  If you are near the Al Baha Mall, you can choose to walk to حصون الملد. Start by heading south on طريق الجنوب for about 5 kilometers. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated, as the walk may take around 1.5 hours. As you approach the village of Al Malid, you will see signs indicating the direction to حصون الملد.

• Taxi or Ride-Sharing Service

  For a more convenient option, consider using a local taxi or a ride-sharing app available in Al Baha. Request a ride to حصون الملد, located at 3193 طريق الجنوب, قرية الملد، Al Bahah 65529. The drive should take around 15-20 minutes from the center of Al Baha. Make sure to confirm the drop-off point with your driver, as it may be helpful to mention the historical site to ensure they understand your destination.
