Car
If you are driving from the city center of Ziguinchor, head east on Avenue Général de Gaulle. Continue straight for approximately 1.5 km until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit to stay on Avenue Général de Gaulle, which will turn into Route de l’Aéroport. After about 2 km, look for signs directing you to the Débarcadère. Turn right onto the road leading to the waterfront and follow the signs for approximately 1 km until you arrive at Débarcadère (HPPM+37X, Ziguinchor).
Public Transportation
To reach Débarcadère via public transport, start at the Ziguinchor bus station (Gare Routière de Ziguinchor). Look for a shared taxi (sept-place) heading towards the waterfront or to the direction of the airport. The fare should be around 500-1000 CFA francs per person. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Débarcadère. The drive should take approximately 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at the closest point to the waterfront where you can access Débarcadère.
