    From the center of Dakar (Place de l'Indépendance), head north towards Avenue Moussa Tavele. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Rue de la République. Turn right onto Rue de la République and continue walking for approximately 1 km. You will cross over the train tracks. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at Place de l'Obélisque.
