Car
From Kolda, head northeast on the N6 highway towards the town of Mbour. After approximately 65 km, you will see signs for Bandia Reserve. Turn left onto the route de Mbour, and follow the signs for Bandia Reserve. The entrance is located at Km 65 on this road. Make sure to have cash available for the entrance fee.
Public Transportation
From Kolda, take a shared taxi (sept-place) or a bus to the city of Mbour. The journey will take around 2-3 hours. Once you arrive in Mbour, you can take a local taxi to Bandia Reserve. Make sure to negotiate the fare before starting your journey. The taxi ride from Mbour to Bandia Reserve will take about 30 minutes. Ensure you have cash for both the bus fare and the taxi fare, as well as the entrance fee to the reserve.
