If you're driving from the center of Saint-Louis, head southwest on Avenue Faidherbe towards Quai Henni Jay. Continue on Avenue Faidherbe for about 1.2 kilometers. When you reach the roundabout, take the second exit onto Quai Henni Jay. The CRDS will be on your right-hand side after approximately 500 meters. There is limited parking available nearby.

To reach CRDS using public transport, take a local bus or taxi from downtown Saint-Louis. Look for buses heading towards the Ile de N'Dar. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Quai Henni Jay. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you get off, walk along Quai Henni Jay for about 300 meters, and you will find CRDS on your left. Fares for local buses are usually around 150 CFA francs.
