Getting There

• Walking

  If you are in central Saint-Louis, start by heading towards the Avenue Faidherbe, which is the main thoroughfare. Walk along Avenue Faidherbe until you reach the Place de la République. From there, continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rue de la République. Turn left onto Rue de la République and continue walking for about 1 kilometer. You will pass several shops and cafes. Keep an eye out for the Hotel Mermoz sign on your left side as you approach BP 426. The hotel is located on the left side of the street, just a short walk from the main road.

• Bicycle

  For those looking to take a bicycle, rent one from a local shop near the Avenue Faidherbe. Start by cycling towards the Place de la République. Once you reach the square, turn left onto Rue de la République. Continue cycling straight for approximately 1 kilometer. You will see various local shops along the way. Look for the Hotel Mermoz sign on your left, located at BP 426, which is your destination.

• Public Transport (Local Van)

  To reach Hotel Mermoz via local transport, find a nearby 'car rapide' (local van). Look for one heading towards the direction of BP 426. Once you board, inform the driver you're going to Hotel Mermoz. The driver will drop you off near the hotel. After you get off, walk a short distance in the direction of Avenue Faidherbe, and you will see the hotel on your left side.

• Taxi

  If you prefer a taxi, look for one at a nearby taxi stand or hail one from the street. Once inside, tell the driver to take you to Hotel Mermoz, located at BP 426. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. The driver will drop you off right at the entrance of the hotel.
