From Ada Ciganlija, head east towards the main road (Bulevar oslobodjenja). Turn right onto Bulevar oslobodjenja and continue straight for about 4 km. As you approach the city center, keep an eye on the signs directing you towards Vračar. Continue on Bulevar oslobodjenja until you reach the intersection with Bulevar kralja Aleksandra. Turn left onto Bulevar kralja Aleksandra and drive for another 1 km. The Monument and Cemetery of the Liberators of Belgrade 1806 will be on your right. Parking is available nearby, but may incur a fee.

From Ada Ciganlija, walk to the nearest bus stop (located at the entrance to the island). Take bus number 23 towards 'Banjica'. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at the 'Vračar' stop. From there, it's a 10-minute walk to the Monument and Cemetery of the Liberators of Belgrade 1806. Head east on Vračar towards Bulevar kralja Aleksandra, then turn left and walk until you reach the monument. A single bus ticket costs around 150 RSD.
