Car

If you are driving from Ada Ciganlija, head northeast on the main road (Bulevar Nikole Tesle) towards the city center. Continue straight for about 5 km until you reach the intersection with Kneza Miloša Street. Turn left onto Kneza Miloša and follow the signs for Topčider. After approximately 3 km, turn right onto Topčiderska Street. Continue for 1 km, and you will see Tito's Blue Train (Plavi Voz) located in the Topčider Park area. There is usually parking available nearby, but be aware that it may incur a small fee.
Public Transportation

To reach Tito's Blue Train using public transportation, start by walking to the nearest bus stop at Ada Ciganlija. Take bus number 23 towards Blok 45. After about 15 minutes, get off at the 'Banjica' stop. From there, transfer to tram number 2 heading towards 'Tasmajdan'. Ride the tram for 6 stops and get off at 'Topčider'. Tito's Blue Train is a short 10-minute walk from the tram station. Follow the signs to Topčider Park. Public transportation tickets typically cost around 150 RSD (Serbian dinars).
