Getting There

• Public Transport - Tram

  If you are near the city center, you can take tram line 2 or 5. Board the tram at the nearest tram stop and ensure you are heading towards the 'Kalemegdan' direction. Ride the tram for approximately 10-15 minutes and disembark at the 'Trg Republike' stop. From there, walk west on Knez Mihailova Street until you reach the intersection with Francuska Street. Turn left onto Francuska Street, and you will find the National Theatre located at number 3.

• Public Transport - Bus

  You can also use the bus system to reach the National Theatre. Look for bus lines 24, 26, or 29, and board at the nearest bus stop. Make sure to check the route to ensure you are heading towards 'Trg Republike'. Ride for about 15-20 minutes and get off at the 'Trg Republike' bus stop. From there, walk west along Knez Mihailova Street, take a left onto Francuska Street, and you'll arrive at the National Theatre at Francuska 3.

• Walking

  If you are already in the Stari Grad area, you can easily walk to the National Theatre. Start at Trg Republike, which is a central square. Head west along Knez Mihailova Street, a popular pedestrian zone filled with shops and cafes. Walk straight for about 5-10 minutes until you reach Francuska Street. Turn left on Francuska Street, and the National Theatre will be on your left at number 3.

• Taxi or Rideshare

  For a more direct route, consider taking a taxi or using a rideshare app. Simply provide the driver with the address 'Francuska 3, Beograd 11000', and they will take you directly to the National Theatre. This option might be more convenient if you have luggage or prefer not to navigate public transport.
