Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from the Republic Square (Trg republike), head southeast toward Kneza Mihaila Street. Continue walking straight along Kneza Mihaila until you reach the Kalemegdan Park entrance. Enter the park and follow the signs to the Belgrade Fortress. Once inside the fortress, make your way to the viewing point overlooking the confluence of the Sava and Danube rivers. Exit the fortress and take the path to the right that leads you down toward the river. Continue along the waterfront until you see Male Stepenice, where Kosancicev venac will be located. Look for the steps leading up to the historic neighborhood.

Public Transport - Tram
From the Republic Square, walk to the nearest tram stop called 'Trg republike'. Board tram number 2 or 5, which will take you towards the 'Zeleni Venac' stop. Once you get off at Zeleni Venac, walk uphill towards Kneza Mihaila Street. From there, head towards the Kalemegdan Park entrance. Continue as described in the walking route from the park entrance to Kosancicev venac.

From the Republic Square, proceed to the bus station located nearby. Take bus number 65 or 83 towards 'Zeleni Venac'. Get off at the 'Zeleni Venac' stop. From here, walk uphill to Kneza Mihaila Street, then towards the Kalemegdan Park entrance. Follow the same path through the park to reach Kosancicev venac.
